Baby’s first SXSW Party! Join MessageParty, Bnter and Small Girls PR for fun times at SXSW. RSVP here: http://thewatercooler.eventbrite.com/
Hey all - lots of changes coming to MessageParty in the next few weeks that we are super excited about! Sign up at http://msg.pr to get all the news + an invite.
Tomorrow is the Jauntsetter blood drive at the Makery.
We hope you’re staying nice and warm - and maybe even have a snow day today! Regardless of whether you’re at work or at home, The New York Blood Center has unfortunately had to cancel many of its blood drives for the day, an occurrence that has taken place all too frequently over the past few couple of months due to the weather. Now, blood supply levels are at a critical low, and we at Jauntsetter are trying to do our part to help.
How? On Wednesday, February 9th, we’ll be co-sponsoring a blood drive with The North Brooklyn Breakfast Club and The Makery. We’re extremely excited to join forces to do some good, but we can’t run a successful blood drive without your help. So please click on this link and sign up for a spot.
As an added incentive to sign up for one of the early spots, we’ll be giving away goodies to our first 30 donors. Some more details: The blood drive bus will be parked at North 11th and Driggs, and the drive goes from 3:30pm to 9 - giving you plenty of time to give a pint and head out to dinner in the Williamsburg/Greenpoint area.
The Makery is featured in February’s issue of Details.

What I think about when I think about making with you Makers at the Makery
Long overdue, but The Makery is finally blogging!
We’re all excited to share a little more about ourselves and what we’re working on, so keep an eye out here to keep up with the projects of our current Maker’s Dozen as well as any community events we’re planning.
